Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-06 level or higher.
• Experience conducting physical inventories and location surveys.
• Investigating stock/record/material discrepancies affecting inventory balances or SDRs.
• Preparing reports on investigation results.

Responsibilities

• Performs causative research to resolve critical inventory discrepancies.
• Researches inventory discrepancies and imbalances identified through various sources.
• Determines causes of discrepancies and coordinates adjustments to inventory records.
• Processes Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) through research and resolution.
• Performs Shelf-Life updates and COSIS on stock as required.
• Assists specialists in analyzing automated systems and new applications.
• May operate MHE such as forklifts and stock selectors.
