Job summary

Conexus Food Solutions is seeking an Inventory and Quality Control Associate to ensure products meet safety and quality standards while maintaining accurate inventory. The role involves inspecting inbound/outbound goods, monitoring temperatures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in QC or inventory management, familiarity with allergens, and exposure to ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of quality control and/or inventory management experience.
• Experience with food allergens (preferred).
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (preferred).
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish and English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound product inspections and verify inventory accuracy.
• Manage allergen inspections and labeling to prevent cross-contamination.
• Calibrate thermometers and monitor cooler and freezer temperatures.
• Perform routine and cycle inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in setting up 2nd shift picking with QC verification labels.
• Track inventory levels to minimize waste and shrinkage.
• Support ERP/PDA testing and data entry across systems.
• Generate inventory and quality reports as requested by management.
• Oversee disposal of expired products and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality and inventory processes.
• Analyze trends to identify potential issues.
