Conexus Food Solutions in Chicago is seeking an Inventory Tech Lead to ensure our products meet safety and quality standards, while maintaining precise inventory and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse, including cooler and freezer operations, with experience in ERP/inventory systems and QA processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of quality control and/or inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish and English (preferred).
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound product inspections and verify inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Track and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and discrepancies.
• Assist with allergen inspections and labeling accuracy.
• Calibrate thermometers and monitor freezer/cooler temperatures.
• Support ERP/PDA testing and data entry across systems.
• Assist management with inventory and quality control reports.
