Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a RDC Quality Assurance Team Member in Adairsville, GA to resolve inventory discrepancies, perform routine cycle counts, and audit processes to support accurate inventory and performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office with limited supervision or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inventory discrepancies and process inaccuracies to support audits.
• Perform routine cycle counts to verify system and physical quantities.
• Research inventory differences above a threshold and report issues.
• Conduct process audits to ensure tasks are performed correctly across Operations and Planning.
• Assist with reporting and troubleshooting to improve inventory accuracy.
