Responsibilities

• Run reorder reports daily to evaluate product ordering needs.
• Enter Purchase Orders into MAS and Vendor’s Systems.
• Utilize the operating system to maximize inventory management.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are being practiced.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow designated safety practices.
• Perform other duties not listed as required.
• Act as secondary contact for sales and customer support regarding inventory and costs.
• Keep supervisor informed of opportunities and progress toward process improvements.
• Communicate product updates and outages to sales and customer service.
• Schedule and prioritize purchases and inbound freight based on demand.
• Ensure products are meeting quality standards.
• Handle all internal and external customer calls professionally.
