Job summary

Arbill is seeking a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will manage purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships across multiple warehouses, focusing on accuracy, on-time delivery, and KPI performance.

Responsibilities include inventory replenishment, item maintenance, order management, transfers, and cross-functional support. Bachelor2017s degree in Business or related field is preferred; 2-3 years procurement experience required;

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of purchasing, inventory control, customer service, operations or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field; 5+ years may substitute.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Purchasing and replenishment across multiple warehouses; review demand and min/max to meet fill rate objectives.
• Inventory Management and Item Maintenance; manage item master data and slow-moving inventory.
• Supplier and Order Management; review POs, follow up on past-due commitments, monitor backorders, coordinate delivery dates.
• Inventory Transfers and Warehouse Support; manage transfers and resolve discrepancies across locations.
• Cross-Functional Support and Administrative Activities; support AP with invoice discrepancies, respond to inquiries.
