Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support Physical Inventory programs across US and Canadian stores.

This role partners with cross-functional teams, vendors, and field leaders to ensure accurate reporting, timely execution, and process improvements that strengthen inventory control. Responsibilities include coordinating inventory counts, maintaining timelines, communicating with field teams, and aligning with procurement and asset protection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years specialty retail and/or store operations experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 3–5 days per month as needed.
  • Proven ability to multi-task projects with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to innovate and reinvent.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence partners.
  • High emotional intelligence; values-based approach with focus on Associate & Customer Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inventory count activities across US and Canadian stores.
  • Maintain inventory timelines and provide field communication.
  • Identify process improvements to strengthen physical inventory.
  • Partner with vendors, cross-functional teams, and field leaders for consistent execution.
  • Support transfers, damages, and return-to-DC activity for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control and Procurement to resolve issues.

Description

Your Role

This role partners with cross functional teams, vendors, and field leaders to support consistent execution of inventory activities, efficient processes, and accurate reporting for stores. You will coordinate inventory count activities, maintain timelines, support communication, and help identify process improvements that strengthen the Physical Inventory process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Your Impact
  • Coordinates key activities that support Physical Inventory execution across stores and partners with cross‑functional teams to support alignment to timelines, vendor readiness, and Inventory Control requirements.
  • Supports development and maintenance of Physical Inventory timelines and provides field communication while adapting plans to changing business needs
  • Serves as the day‑to‑day point of contact for inventory program vendors to support operational consistency and company compliance.
  • Coordinates transfers, large‑scale damages, and return‑to‑DC activity to ensure accuracy in execution and reporting.
  • Reviews store processes and identifies opportunities to continue to drive more efficient inventory management procedures.
  • Supports development and execution of field communication plans for current shrink accountability programs.
  • Supports field initiatives that help to improve overall shrink through partnership with Asset Protection.
  • Compiles and distributes Physical Inventory results and reporting to field leaders and stores.
  • Partners with vendors and Procurement team to support issue resolution and a positive store experience.
  • Partners with Inventory Control on Physical Inventory execution and shrink reporting.
Minimum Salary: $67,700.00
Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3- 5 years specialty retail and/or store operations experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 3-5 days per month as needed.
  • Proven ability to successfully multi‑task projects of various sizes and scope with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to innovate and reinvent.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence business partners.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence; demonstrates a values‑based approach with emphasis on the Associate & Customer Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
