Job summary

MJC INC is seeking an Inventory & Production Control Coordinator in Cartersville, GA. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, production execution, and ERP transaction integrity, with a split focus roughly 60% inventory control and 40% production control.

Reporting to the Inventory Control Specialist, you will support cycle counts, ERP transactions, and cross-functional communication to ensure material flow and timely production.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (EPICOR preferred).
• Strong Excel and Office skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or production coordination.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts and verification counts.
• Enter and process inventory-related transactions in EPICOR ERP.
• Monitor production jobs and ensure proper ERP transaction completion.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Production, Planning, Procurement, Shipping and Receiving to support schedule adherence.
• Maintain inventory and production records and reports.
