Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, a year‑round Alterra Resorts property in Mammoth Lakes, CA, seeks an Inventory & Procurement Supervisor to manage the Parts Room and related procurement activities.

The role coordinates with Finance, ensures accurate invoicing and inventory controls, and drives continuous process improvements across Garage Operations. It requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years minimum in procurement, inventory management, warehouse ops, fleet maintenance support, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, invoicing, and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Parts Room and related procurement/administrative functions for Garage Operations.
• Serve as liaison between Garage Operations and Finance for billing, invoicing, purchasing controls, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure timely availability of parts, tools, equipment, and resources while supporting budget administration and planning.
