Job summary

FIBA Technologies, Inc. in Littleton, MA is seeking a Material Handler to support procurement, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.

You will manage stockroom inventory, review orders using MRP, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of materials. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, MAS500 experience is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts and overhead gantry equipment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to interface with multiple departments.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; MAS500 experience a plus.
• Frequently lifts and moves up to 50 lbs and operates material handling equipment.
• Experience with stock control, inventory, shipping and receiving.
• Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Request MRO supplies, long-lead stockroom inventory, services and capital expenditures as needed.
• Review and place orders for raw materials using MRP and Min Exception reports.
• Expedite orders and requests as required.
• Prepare purchase orders or bid requests and maintain procurement records.
• May approve invoices for payment and coordinate delivery of goods.
• Perform purchasing and inventory control related tasks and stockroom organization.
• Handle shipping/receiving and ensure inventory integrity.
