Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a Production Team Member to curate inventory, price items, and support daily processing in our backroom warehouse. You’ll evaluate donations for style, condition, and market appeal, helping transform items into affordable, quality merchandise for shoppers.

You’ll work in a busy processing center, stand/walk most of your shift, lift 10-25 pounds, and meet daily quotas while contributing to community sustainability and affordable shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic mathematical ability.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, sort and price incoming donations for style, condition and market appeal.
• Transform donations into shopping-ready inventory in processing center.
• Ensure pricing supports affordability and revenue goals while keeping shelves stocked.
