Our client, a global beauty leader, is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse controls, and operational efficiency at their Edison, NJ distribution center. This role will lead inventory management initiatives, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to ensure inventory integrity across warehouse and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Monitor and analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Partner with warehouse, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory movement and system transactions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution environments
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliations, and warehouse best practices
• Experience working with WMS, ERP systems, and inventory reporting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and inventory performance reports
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience preferred

Salary

$95K - $110K
