Job summary

AEO’s Inventory Planning team in Pittsburgh invites you to join the 16-week Full Time Training Program. You will rotate between two areas, receive classroom training, and apply it on the job with guidance from a dedicated mentor.

Upon completion you may be placed in AE or aerie within Inventory Planning. Applicants should hold a business-related degree (Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Chain), graduate before the start date, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Degree must be earned before program start date.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between two areas within Inventory Planning.
• On-the-job training with a coach/mentor.
• Classroom training on retail math, reports, and systems.
• Undertake individual and group projects; engage with executives.
• Potential placement in AE or aerie after program completion.
