Job summary

Dashing Diva is seeking an Inventory and Supply Chain Specialist to oversee inventory health across its B2B and B2C channels in Wisconsin. You will monitor stock levels, identify supply risks, and support demand-driven replenishment decisions to maximize product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, partnering with Planning and SCM teams to adjust forecasts, and reporting on OTIF and other KPI metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as supply chain, logistics, or business.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales, inventory, and logistics data.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across B2B and B2C channels for multiple retail partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to out-of-stock, low inventory, and overstock situations.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Collaborate with Planning and SCM teams to adjust forecasts based on promotions and new product launches.
• Review logistics performance reports and drive corrective actions for OTIF and related metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between SCM, Logistics, Sales, and retail partners to resolve inventory issues.
