Sbhonline is seeking an Inventory Planner & Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of inventory planning and management. Responsibilities include forecasting purchasing needs, managing product assortment, and ensuring optimal stock levels across retail locations.

The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven decision-making to support purchasing, allocation, and overall product performance. Compensation is competitive, with a salary of up to $100k.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting purchasing needs and planning initial product assortment, including style selection, category mix, and quantity allocation.
• Identifying styles that should be eliminated, adjusted, or added based on expected performance.
• Recommending pricing strategies for initial product launches in alignment with target margins.
• Determining buy quantities based on pricing, sales expectations, and overall assortment strategy.
• Placing and tracking purchase orders with factories, including monitoring delivery timelines.
• Allocating inventory across retail locations and ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Reconciling inventory against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Maintaining accurate inventory data and documentation across systems.
• Monitoring ongoing sell-through performance and identifying trends.
• Managing replenishment of inventory across stores to maximize sales opportunities.
• Making data-driven decisions on markdown timing and discount levels.
• Recommending which products should go on sale, when, and at what price points.
• Collaborating with vendors, factories, warehouses, and internal teams.
