We are currently seeking an exceptional Inventory Planner II here at Incora.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our people and customers are at the heart of our business.

The Inventory Planner II is responsible for managing inventory according to contractual guidelines for designated accounts/customers. They are responsible for achieving key KPIs such as Min Max (MM) in-stock, Inventory Turn, and managing Slow Moving Inventory.

About You:

The Inventory Planner II supports strong customer relationships through fulfilling and replenishing contractual inventory requirements for chemical products. They analyze order signals from Customer Program system forecast reports, manage inventory levels with warehouse and FSL locations, and ensure stock matches customer demand or evaluate surplus inventory. They identify trends, analyze stagnant inventory, and determine regional stock availability, conducting cost/benefit analyses for stock usage at FSL locations. They maintain and report on KPIs like Inventory Shortages and Exposure, and participate in Lean improvement events with the CI department.

More About You:

  • 2-5 years' experience in inventory management including demand planning, MRP, forecasting, and sourcing
  • APICS Certification preferred
  • Experience with Just in Time (JIT) supply processes
  • Ability to lead process improvements from planning to implementation

Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Oracle data systems (JDE, SAP) is a plus
  • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of Incora products, services, and customer requirements
  • Experience in developing JIT stocking and replenishment plans to meet service level goals
  • Ability to support inventory level optimization and manage surplus/stagnant inventory
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to streamline processes and reduce cycle times
  • Participate in process improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and reduce stagnant inventory at FSL
  • Attend customer and company meetings as required
