Job summary

Lulus is seeking an Associate Inventory Planner in Los Angeles. This role supports demand forecasting and product-level inventory optimization across apparel categories, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimal product availability.

The position is hybrid, working from our LA office 3 days a week (Tue–Thu). Candidate should have 2+ years in retail apparel planning, demand planning, allocation, or analytics, with strong Excel skills and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of retail apparel planning, demand planning, allocation, or analytics experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and forecast future demand to ensure adequate inventory
• Develop and maintain demand planning models and processes
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and production to inform demand planning
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize management
• Identify discrepancies between forecast and actual demand
• Utilize forecasting tools to predict demand
• Monitor KPIs related to demand planning
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to anticipate changes in demand
• Communicate with production to ensure timely delivery
• Participate in meetings to improve demand planning processes
• Proactively address potential supply chain issues
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
• Seek opportunities to improve demand planning processes
