Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking an Inventory Planner with cabinetry experience to optimize inventory across multiple warehouses and support large-order planning. You will balance stock, analyze data, and ensure customers receive what they need when they need it.

You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams, monitor SKU levels, and coordinate transfers to maintain balance across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory planning/management and stocking strategies.
• Proficient in Excel for formulas, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Cabinetry or high-SKU environments is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs, warehouses, styles, and colors.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between satellite locations to maintain balance.
• Analyze large customer orders against available and incoming inventory.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to prevent stock disruptions.
• Recommend solutions when inventory constraints impact customer demand.

Do you have experience in the Cabinetry or Custom RTA Furniture market? Are you an Excel power user who loves solving inventory puzzles? Do you thrive on balancing stock levels, analyzing data, and making sure customers get what they need when they need it? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for an Inventory Planner with Cabinetry Experience to help optimize inventory across multiple warehouse locations, support large-order planning, and drive smarter inventory decisions throughout the business.

What You\'ll Do:

• Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs, warehouses, styles, and colors
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products
• Coordinate inventory transfers between satellite locations to maintain balance
• Analyze large customer orders against available and incoming inventory
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to prevent stock disruptions
• Recommend solutions when inventory constraints impact customer demand

What We\'re Looking For:

• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to turn inventory data into actionable recommendations
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with Cabinetry
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or another high-SKU environment
• Knowledge of inventory planning, allocation, and warehouse operations
