Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Inventory Analyst in South Plainfield, NJ with a hybrid work model. You will monitor inventories across warehouses, identify shortages and surpluses, and coordinate transfers to balance stock.

You will partner with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to prevent disruptions and improve service levels. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate inventory data into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs, warehouses, styles and colors.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between satellite locations to maintain balance.
• Analyze large customer orders against available and incoming inventory.

• Recommend solutions when inventory constraints impact customer demand.

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to help optimize inventory across multiple warehouse locations, support large-order planning, and drive smarter inventory decisions throughout the business.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs, warehouses, styles, and colors


• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products


• Coordinate inventory transfers between satellite locations to maintain balance

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in cabinetry, manufacturing, distribution, or another high-SKU environment
