Responsibilities

  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing shipments according to delivery schedules.
  • Unload and stock received materials in designated areas.
  • Deliver parts and materials to internal customers, vendors, and other company locations as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all parts storage areas; implement efficient storage systems for optimal space utilization.
  • Inspect all outgoing parts for accuracy and quality, documenting deliveries with photos and Bills of Lading (BOL) when necessary.
  • Provide parts to service departments or customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Move vehicles when necessary to support deliveries or operational needs.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company or personal vehicles for deliveries.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to safety, promptly reporting hazards or incidents.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Spire Motorsports is looking for a dependable, organized Inventory Parts Runner to help keep our fast-paced operations moving.

This role supports our parts and inventory operation by making sure the right parts and materials get where they need to go, when they need to get there. From receiving and organizing inventory to preparing shipments and making deliveries to internal teams, vendors, and other locations, the Inventory Parts Runner plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations on track.

Job Summary
The Inventory Parts Runner plays a vital role in supporting operations by providing excellent customer service to internal departments at the parts counter and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts and materials. This position is responsible for transporting inventory both within company facilities and to external vendors, customers, or other locations, while maintaining organized inventory systems and accurate documentation.
