Job summary

Bay Cities seeks a Shop Clerk at our Pico Rivera, CA facility to maintain inventory accuracy within the Maintenance Department. You will source parts, manage tooling inventory, and support 5S initiatives while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, knowledge of industrial parts, and proficiency with inventory software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of industrial parts and warehouse supplies.
• MP2 or similar inventory software preferred.
• Must be able to see differential color.
• Efficient use of computer applications.
• Strong organizational and written/spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sources parts and materials as needed.
• Maintains and manages tooling inventory.
• Stocks parts for the maintenance department.
• Performs cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Relocates parts as needed.
• Data entry to manage part locations.
• Keep shop clean and organized; support 5S.
• Assist maintenance technicians in identifying parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
