You will serve as a subject matter expert using inventory management technologies to optimize processes and inform improvements. Responsibilities include handling the claims queue, collaborating with enterprise teams on operational excellence, and mentoring less-experienced analysts on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the claims queue for the facility and supports resolution of shipping discrepancies.
• Performs ad hoc process-level analyses to support warehouse operations improvement.
• Liaises with enterprise teams to evaluate improvements and deploy new technologies.
• Mentors junior analysts and contributes to complex projects.
