Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a store operations professional responsible for inventory accuracy, pricing, and on-shelf availability across front-end and pharmacy.

You will monitor, count, and reconcile stock, support receiving and returns, and ensure planograms and pricing are correct to maintain store standards. You will also review reports to ensure accurate on-hand balances and assist in training the team on inventory best practices, with emphasis on loss prevention and customer service

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in retail or Walgreens environment.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store operations (front end and pharmacy).
• Support pharmacy inventory management, including receiving, counting, ordering and returns.
• Manage on-shelf availability, planogram accuracy, pricing, and stock accuracy across departments.
• Review reports and ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing for front end and pharmacy.
• Oversee warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including creating and receiving orders.
