Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, operations, or a related field is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify daily truck orders from partnering vendors.
• Order inventory daily based on current stock levels and operational needs.
• Perform daily spot counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain and document store‑to‑store inventory transfers.
• Adhere to all restaurant policies and food safety standards.
