Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory Operations to own end-to-end inventory accuracy across the enterprise. You will lead the cycle count program, manage a team of inventory control specialists, and drive year-end audits while partnering with analytics to deliver real-time visibility into inventory health.

The role requires 8+ years in inventory/control, strong leadership, ERP/WMS experience, and a track record of improving processes in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling cycle count programs and improving inventory accuracy.
• Experience managing and developing teams of inventory professionals; deep understanding of cycle counting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of briefing leadership on inventory health metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide inventory accuracy targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and scale the cycle count program across all facilities.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing inventory control team.
• Lead year-end physical inventories and coordinate audits with internal and external teams.
• Establish inventory governance frameworks, policies, and corrective action protocols.
• Partner with analytics to design tooling and dashboards for real-time inventory visibility.
• Brief executives on metrics, trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and drive sustainable fixes across ops.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to scale processes.
• Define standards for new facilities and production line stand-ups.
• Evaluate RFID/barcode tech and ERP/WMS enhancements for inventory control.
