• Own the operating system behind inventory across five locations, from purchasing to disposition.
• Improve how we allocate capital across products, categories, vendors, and stores.
• Build better systems and processes: reporting, controls, data quality, and linkage between physical inventory and accounting.
• Automate manual work and develop tools to speed up the business.
• Partner with store leaders and senior leadership on purchasing strategy, assortment, and inventory investment.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning merchandising, finance, store operations, and technology.
• Tackle high-priority operating problems beyond inventory to broaden responsibility.
