Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens or retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Preferred: prior experience as shift lead, pharmacy tech, or customer service associate.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor store inventory processes for front end and pharmacy.
• Receive, count, price, and return inventory; ensure on-shelf availability.
• Review reports and systems that affect on-hand balances and pricing.
• Assist with pharmacy shipments, recalls, and vendor returns under pharmacist supervision.
• Open/close duties in designated stores and manage cash handling when on duty.
• Coach team on inventory and package delivery activities and keep counters clean and merchandised.
