The Inventory Management Specialist “IMS” plays a critical role within the inventory management solution. The primary responsibility is a successful solution implementation that meets expectations and drives a positive customer experience. In addition to the actual installations, the IMS has an active part in the customer solution discovery process which can include what is known as a crib crawl. Success is defined by satisfied solution customers, significant revenue growth and ultimately customer retention.
This is a remote role primarily traveling to customer's sites all over the United States. We are looking to fill this role in the Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX area preferably within a closer proximity to the airport.
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
