Job summary

Pay-and-Save, Inc. seeks a Stocker in the Grocery department to ensure products are stocked and rotated according to company policy. The role provides leadership to promote a store culture aligned with the company’s values and standards.

The Stocker will help unload trucks, stock shelves, manage inventory, and supervise teammates as needed while maintaining a clean and safe store environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Good customer relations skills required.
• Pallet Jack Certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Stock refrigerated cooler, store shelves and displays as directed.
• Follow price marking and restocking procedures to ensure accuracy and product quality.
• Open cartons carefully to avoid damage and handle spoiled/out-of-date products per policy.
• Assist with inventory control and notify management of invoice errors or shortages.
• Assist in training stocking teammates as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for staff and customers.
• Unload trucks and stock products; build store displays for sales.
