Job summary

PAY-AND-SAVE, INC. is seeking a Stocker in the Grocery department to ensure products are stocked, rotated and displayed according to company standards. The role includes leadership to promote Lowe's guiding principles within the store environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, stocking, unloading trucks and maintaining safe, clean areas while supporting store customers and teammates. Prior experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Pallet jack certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Stock and face merchandise to planogram or department standards.
• Follow price marking and restocking procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Rotate stock and handle damaged/out-of-date products per policy.
• Assist in inventory control and notify of invoice errors or shortages.
• Assist in training stocking teammates as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas for customers and staff.
• Unload trucks and stock product as required.
• Build store displays to maximize sales and turnover.
• Communicate feedback from store leadership to appropriate teams.
• Monitor inventory to minimize over-stocks and out-of-stocks.
