Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a team member to stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and food items in the club. You will ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked while maintaining a neat, clean environment and following club policies.

The role supports fast-paced operations, handles damaged goods per policy, and works across departments as needed, with a commitment to friendly, efficient member service and GAA standards.

Qualifications

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and food items.
• Ensure all merchandise is fully stocked and labels are clear and visible.
• Maintain display signage for all products, create labels, and apply merchandise sales tags.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, performing general housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Provide daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards: greet, anticipate, appreciate (GAA) fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; deliver a daily Grand opening look; keep all items stocked and promotional plans executed; maintain visible accurate signage; keep the club clean, organized, inside and out; understand how to access and read production and financial performance reporting for the department.
