Job summary

Athleta is seeking an energetic store team member to help maintain a neat stockroom and sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will assist with merchandising, stock flow, and Omni-channel tasks while delivering excellent service to every guest.

We value strong communication, organization, and adaptability. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet store needs and support teammates across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales growth by maintaining the stockroom and sales floor, and engage customers to provide a great shopping experience.
• Process shipments, stock merchandising, and support the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout as needed.
• Assist and support the execution of the store’s merchandising floor plans.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Maintain awareness of current product in all departments.
• Model excellent service with a positive attitude toward customers and teammates.
• Respond promptly to internal and external requests.
