Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Stocker to manage the flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, ensuring items are accessible, well displayed, and consistently available. Responsibilities include unpacking, processing, organizing, and storing goods while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience with scanners in a large distribution setting, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team, manage time, meet targets, and adhere to food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' experience with scanners in a distribution environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and stock merchandise on the floor.
• Unpack, process, organize, and store merchandise.
• Keep shelves visually appealing and products rotated.
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting.
