DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Operations Teammate to help ensure inventory availability and accurate merchandising across our store floor. You will participate in replenishment, pricing support, and everyday operational tasks to create a seamless athlete experience.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you will be trained to deliver exceptional service, collaborate with teammates, and maintain store readiness while upholding brand standards and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
• Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes and collaborating with sales teammates to identify needs.
