Job summary

Under Armour in New York is looking for a dedicated Stock Associate to keep shelves stocked, merchandise flowing, and customers happy. You will work with a great team to ensure efficient stock handling, accurate ticketing, and smooth omni-channel requests, helping deliver UA’s high-energy experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 (16 in EMEA).
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure store, sales floor, and stockrooms are clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA processes via digital tools.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to Under Armour visual standards for merchandise presentation.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
