Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a store position at the Plymouth Meeting, PA location. The primary duties include daily inventory checks, removing out-of-date items, loading pallets into coolers, stocking and restocking items, and maintaining displays.

You will work with a team, follow department leadership, and comply with PPE and food-safety requirements to ensure quality and safety in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and policies.
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for the job.
• Perform all job functions safely and according to company standards.
• Meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.
• Maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE and food safety requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
