Job summary

Deckers Brands, including the UGG division, is seeking a Stock Associate for our Boston-area store. You will organize inventory, verify shipments, and merchandise items to ensure customers can find what they want when they want it.

You will work with a dynamic team to maintain stock rooms, replenish displays, and assist customers on the sales floor while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• One (1) to (2) years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team‑building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments and address discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Help assemble, pack, and ship transfers between stores or distribution centers.
• Follow stock processes and policies; keep stock room neat and safe.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge on the floor.
• Promote the store and Deckers Brands image in all interactions.
• Report to the Store Manager if late or absent.
