Job summary

Atlas Staffing is seeking a Materials Management Technician for a manufacturing facility in Spokane, WA. The role supports warehouse, inventory, receiving and distribution operations on a full-time temporary basis.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in warehouse roles, forklift experience, and comfort with SAP/ERP systems. The job includes lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse/material handling.
• Forklift experience required.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and complete required receiving documentation.
• Process transfer orders, sales orders, and inventory reservations.
• Support internal and domestic shipments.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move and organize materials throughout warehouse and distribution areas.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet inverters.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Follow SOPs and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse areas.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed.
