Job summary

D Baker City, Oregon is seeking a Material Handler to load and unload a variety of products for storage and distribution. Maintain inventory levels on the sales floor and assist in audits and RESTOCKING. Requires ability to lift 25–75 lbs regularly and operate pallet jacks and forklifts where certified.

Experience with inventory systems is preferred; a High School diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is needed. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, count, weigh, and store materials on or from freight vehicles.
• Move material using manual handling tools and forklifts.
• Open crates/boxes using tools and tape.
• Wrap and secure material on pallets for distribution.
• Stock shelves to maximize inventory on the sales floor.
• Report discrepancies in receiving to supervisor.
• Assist in periodic or perpetual inventory of stock.
