Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, wash, pick, package, and ship materials in accordance with established procedures
• Load and unload trucks; coordinate dispatch activities
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in system(s)
• Execute inventory transactions related to manufacturing, procurement, and shipping
• Manage Kanban processes and ensure materials are issued using FIFO methodology
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies
• Track and report scrap and material variances
• Maintain required logs, documentation, and reports
• Support 5S initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities (7 wastes)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
