Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a materials handler at our East Syracuse location. You will read work orders, prepare materials, and stock materials in the correct areas, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will perform cycle counts and report issues to the supervisor while supporting multiple work centers as needed. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in inventory systems and MS Windows.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of inventory management processes including cycle counts and shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency with internal inventory management computer applications.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory systems and spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow work orders.
• Review material for quantity, part number and label; enter materials into system and place in proper storage area.
• Conduct cycle count of stock room materials daily.
• Report problems, defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Research and report discrepancies to planning area and document in variance report.
