Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in East Syracuse is seeking an Inventory / Stock Handler to read work orders, prepare materials and manage storage. You will conduct cycle counts, verify parts, enter data into the system and support shipping as needed.

The role requires accuracy, independence, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. Qualified candidates have a High School Degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of inventory processes and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Degree and 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Independently perform assigned tasks and follow supervisor guidance.
• Deep knowledge of inventory management processes and cycle counts.
• Proficiency with internal inventory software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow work orders for materials.
• Review quantities, part numbers, and label; enter into the system.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of stock room materials.
• Pick orders for shipping and perform inspection functions as needed.
• Complete Certificate of Conformance (COC) as required.
