Job summary

Tindall Corporation is a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer seeking a Supply Clerk to support daily operations. You will receive, store, issue materials, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ERP entries, and coordinating material shipments while adhering to safety policies. High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain an organized warehouse or stockroom.
• Issue materials and supplies to employees and departments as requested.
• Enter receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions into IFS or other inventory management systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including finished goods, inventory, and non-inventory items.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with weekly, monthly, and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify Purchasing when items need to be reordered.
• Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate outgoing deliveries when required.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
