Job summary

The Supply Clerk at Tindall Corporation is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment to support daily operations at our Southeast US locations. You will work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to ensure accurate records and timely material flow.

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain an organized warehouse or stockroom.
• Issue materials and supplies to employees and departments as requested.
• Enter receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions into IFS or other inventory management systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including finished goods and non-inventory items.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with weekly, monthly, and annual physical inventories.
• Monitor stock levels and notify Purchasing when items need to be reordered.
• Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate outgoing deliveries when required.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
