Qualifications

• 1–3 years inventory, auditing, or transportation experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to follow processes and standard procedures.
• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Must learn and operate multiple WMS platforms.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter records and generate reports using computer systems.
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure conformance to standards.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine assignments.
• Complete daily logs.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory and material flow processes.
• Resolve stock shortages with customers.
• Track shipments and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to correct part/shipment issues.
• Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop dashboards highlighting analytics for customers.
