Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to ensure accurate inventory integrity and robust master data management in Newton, NC. You will create and maintain item numbers, routings, and bills of material and PFEP set-ups for new programs and program changes, while auditing, analyzing, and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, data change communication, and year-end/budget-related tasks within a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing processes, particularly in an automotive environment, with hands-on involvement in new project execution and supporting business cases.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Practical experience with automotive manufacturing processes and the ability to assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory integrity and master data management, validating daily performance.
• Creates and maintains item numbers, departments, resources, routings, and bills of materials for new programs and changes.
• Audits bills of materials and routings and develops corrective action plans for non-conformances.
• Performs and maintains cycle count records and analyzes discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Communicates master data changes to the organization for new program launches and changes to inventory and master data.
