Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, preferably in landscaping, construction or related industries.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of landscaping materials, tools and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast demand based on seasonal trends and project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems, including barcoding and digital tracking.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with project managers and field crews to anticipate material needs.
• Track usage and loss of tools and equipment; manage repairs or replacements as needed.
• Develop and enforce inventory policies and procedures.
