Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for an Inventory Manager. This is a remote position.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and are subject to change.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Establish and monitor raw material inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and maximize inventory turns.
- Develop and employ inventory controls through IT automation and standardized materials processes across the network.
- Develop timely, high-quality inventory data analysis (E&O, Inventory Turns, Reorder Points, etc.) based on schedules and forecasted usage.
- Drive lean continuous improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and countermeasures to meet/exceed monthly inventory metric targets.
- Deliver cost savings initiatives and support defined projects.
- Develop internal policies and tools to implement strategic materials/inventory initiatives and assist Procurement in prioritizing sourcing initiatives.
- Provide leadership for individual development of subordinates.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Results-focused with a proven ability to execute and deliver commitments.
- Lean Manufacturing experience and strong Project Management skills.
- Proven success in managing staff.
- Financial acumen with a broad understanding of financial principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel (including Pivots/Macros) and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal, reading, writing).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5-7 years of inventory and materials management experience in a multi-site environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle environment (preferably R12).
