Job description

A printing company is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating inventory activities, and ensuring efficient inventory control procedures.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee the ordering, sorting, receiving, and distribution processes
  • Monitor stock levels and identify inventory shortages or discrepancies
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts and investigate and resolve inventory variances
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Track inventory movement and prepare inventory reports
  • Manage and organize warehouse inventory for accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reduce waste
  • Train and supervise inventory staff as needed
  • Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Perform other duties as requested
