• Oversees inventory management and distribution of expendable assets for the VA hospital and catchment area.
• Establishes procedures for physical inventories and supply reconciliations.
• Develops reporting to foresee problems in supply control and addresses discrepancies.
• Plans item groupings and acquisition cycles to balance marketing and other constraints.
• Directs systems analysis for annual budget and strategic planning related to EX requirements.
• Acts as a supervisor over Inventory Management, Medical Supply Distribution, and Purchasing sections.
